Lawrence Building & Renovation

Working with Kimberly was a dream. We had never done renovations and she made it simple, very transparent and was so thoughtful in the little things to make the process easier. She was always willing to help, explain something, help us find a better/cheaper (but not at the expensive of quality) deal, and was just easy to work with. The quality of the work is amazing as well. It was little things, like making sure the house was clean in the process or letting me know ahead of time the plans so we could arrange our schedules and our dogs. I would highly recommend her and will ask her to help if we ever move or need help again!

Everything went very well. She finished nearly on time (we were a little delayed because of the holiday-not her fault). She stuck with her budget which was very important to us. She always replied to my calls and emails within 24 hours. She continues to be helpful with any house related questions i have, even when they do not pertain to the renovation. You simply don't find contractors like Kimberly!

It was a super experience. everything was done much quicker than we expected, and all was done well. Kimberly was awesome. she was here almost everyday, checking on the progress and quality of the work, and quickly corrected even small details. she will definitely be called with our next project! and we LOVE our new kitchen!

Details were noted and executed with precision from start to finish. Job site was super clean everyday for our child and dogs to pass through. On site changes were made with ease and all cost were communicated clearly.
