They were all right. The price was kind of average. They were pretty friendly.

We were extremely pleased with the work done. Barry Long was very straightforward with the quote and was easier to talk to than any other contractor we spoke to (and we did get multiple quotes). His price was fair and they did a great job. It took a while to get the colors picked out, get everything ordered, and then to get a week with no thunderstorms, but it was worth the wait. Barry came out personally to get the crews started and to inspect at the end of each day. They were careful to cover my plants and our swimming pool, and trash was hauled away. I would not hesitate to recommend Landmark to anyone.

Barry Long, the owner, came out to measure and followed up with a quote by email. The price was better than even the storm chasers who were going door to door doing hail inspections. But we weren't looking just for the best price. We asked around and found that Landmark has a great reputation in Greer. We signed a contract, selected our shingles, and got an installation date within the same week. The crew arrived right on time. They started early and stayed late, finishing in just two days (they did come the morning of the third day just to use a leaf blower one last time and check for stray nails in the yard). Our whole neighborhood had hail damage, so we had the opportunity to see a lot of different roofing crews at work. Many of our neighbors had crews out for a full week. These guys also braved our steep roof without nailing in boards all over the place, which saved us a lot of holes. They were careful to cover the flowerbeds, deck furniture and pool. We are very pleased!
