Initially seemed great but became unresponsive after getting our order. Cabinets were installed late (apparently from owner having shot himself with nail gun) which also caused issues with many other contractors. Installation quality was awful and they were reluctant to come back to address it. Drawers still stick and trim doesn't match. We would definitely not use again, and our builder even said the same.

Understand why they have a "F" rating. Will not return calls and little interest in providing their service.

They wouldn't call me back. They didn't follow through after the estimate. They seemed fine when we started talking to them about matching the cabinets. They quoted us a price. There was some going back and forth on prices. Then suddenly they wouldn't call us back anymore. They haven't told me why or anything. They weren't interested in talking to us anymore.

Never provided at price.

Proposed kitchen remodel never got off the ground. Received estimate and a very nice picture of the proposed kitchen remodel; however, they never got back to us on the cost of the electrician. I found myself having to follow-up with them on a regular basis. Non-responsive to e-mails, and/or phone calls. One visit was a no-show; and it was blamed on a former employee. I was going to entrust them with our business because they seemed knowledgeable and would probably do good work. I even gave my credit card number, so they could order the cabinets. I later advised them not to put through our credit card, since they were not responding to me. We definitely were not a priority. Unfortunately, we are seeking new estimates all over again. Whatever happened to customer service? What a disappointment!
