Description of Work: My house was to be pressure washed. I did not get the work done until August though I paid for it on 4/11/17. This was due to me having several surgeries, illness, etc. The fellow who did the work made 3 trips here before the truck with the pumps would work. Apparently he never checked to see if all was working and his supervisor to whom I spoke with several times was unaware until I told him about this. The man was very upset about this and stated that he made no money on this deal and acted like it was my fault. To which I stated he needed to watch his employees better and be more aware of the condition of his equipment. The man who did the work was very nice but I felt not very well trained since he laid out his brushes, sprayer and hoses all around the house before he determined that the pump truck did not work. I am very disabled and could not check everything outside but did see that he had made a terrible mess in front of my double garage. I called the company again and requested that the mess be cleaned up, to which he become irritated and again stated he had made no money on this deal and it would cost him more to send someone to clean it up. Then he stated he would try but it would be awhile because he was busy with other houses. It has been a month and the driveway is still nasty and I have heard nothing from them. I have decided that it is not worth calling anymore. My son will rent a pressure washer to clean the mess. I have rated them as fairly as I could. I started to give them an F, however, when I was able to see most of the house with my son's help I decided that the worker did the best he could with the training he had had and poor quality equipment.

+ -1 moreI don't normally give the highest rating possible on reviews, and most of the time I don't even take the time to write a review, but I can't say enough great things about the Hoodz team. Not only did they do an outstanding job (my driveway looks amazing after having a broken down van sit for years.), but they were very polite and professional at every interaction. I could tell that they were very cautious about my property and plants while still doing the best job. I've already recommended Hoodz to my neighbors to use.
