There were problems in the kitchen because of plumbing but they worked it out.

Griffin Electric showed up on time, obtained all needed supplies and permits, performed the job in about three hours, cleaned up the area, tested and labeled circuit breakers, scheduled county inspection, and left no problems or concerns for the customer.

As I've used Griffin Electric in the recent past, it was an easy decision to use them again. I called and set up an appointment for them to come out, and they were able to work with my schedule which is a little challenging. They came out and quickly diagnosed what needed to be done with my wall switch. They repaired it and then took care of a light fixture at the top of my staircase which had never worked before. It wasn't the easiest fixture to get to, but they got to it and discovered that it was a bad fixture that had burned out sometime before we bought our house. I had a spare fixture, so they were able to make a complete repair and everything works great now!

I needed to get an electrical feed from my breaker box to my new water heater. We'd had some problems with the previous water heater that kept us from moving into our new house and were very disappointed with that. I called Griffin Electric after I found them on Angie's List. They were very busy with other projects but they said they would see if they could accommodate me the next day. A little later they called and said they could work us in the next morning. They showed up on time and quickly got to work installing the feed. In practically less time than it took me to type this review, they were done and the water heater was working great! They were very nice and professional and it was a pleasure doing business with them. On top of that, they had a coupon on Angie's List that gave me a discount on the price.

The experience was excellent. They come when called and they do the job. They do it well. I have hired them several times and I would recommend them to others.

The cost listed is per hour. I thought that was a little high. I would look for someone who charges a better price next time.

The installers of our new oven/microwave combo unit told us we didn't have a circuit that could handle it so we used Angie's List and called Griffin Electric. They were able to come out the same day and performed the work quickly & courteously. I would use/recommend them again...

I think Mike Griffin did a great job. He was fast and very experienced. He was very trustworthy and fair. They were licensed and bonded too. He was very helpful and informative. We had two outlets that were sitting crooked in their face plates. He straightened them out while he was here, free of charge. You couldn t beat his quality of work.

Overall it was an excellent experience dealing with this company. The guy was able to get on the job either the next day or within two days after we called him. We told him what we wanted and he made great suggestions based on that. He was punctual, courteous, and cleaned up after himself when the job was complete His price was reasonable and well below other bids on the job; He did it for $700, when other companies were saying it would cost $1,400. He put an outlet in the ceiling when other companies said they couldn t do it; It wasn t a problem for him.
