Griffin Electrical is totally professional and very reasonably priced. From the time I called Mr. Griffin until the time the work was finished, I was very well treated with all of my questions answered. I had 2 major problems. The first was the kitchen outlets were not working and they were repaired quickly. The second problem required the replacement of my great room fans. Mr. Griffin told me what I needed and helped me select the right fans for my home. Mr. Griffin arrived at the time he said he would come and quickly and professionally did the work required. I had an Angie's List coupon which he was happy to honor. The price I paid was unbelievable, and I would have spent at least twice as much with another electrical company. I was and am amazed at his work! I also want to add, Mr. Griffin left my home the way it was when he arrived. I had no cleanup from his work as he made sure all was as it should be. I also like the fact the Mr. Griffin called me the night before the visits to remind me he was coming to my home. If you need an electrician, I highly recommend Griffin Electrical. I give his compnay an A+++ for his service and price. Without Angie's List I would not have found Griffin Electrical for the phome book is full of electricians without ratings from folks like me. They were great! They are polite, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I will be calling upon them again. I cannot remember what we paid but it was less than what I expected.

In addition to the two (2) ceiling lights Griffin Electric also installed three (3) motion detector lights on the outside of the back of our house. They (Mike, Buzz, and Brandon) not only were very proficient at their work but also took the time to review our request with us to make sure that the end result would be exactly what we were expecting. During their time at the house they were very courteous and the next day Mike called to confirm the outcome of the work. I would definitely utilize their services again and would not hesitate in recommending them to others living in my community.

Buzz and Brandon are the best! Great personalities and terrific electricians. I felt comfortable having them in my home. When my cable/internet had a bit of a hiccup they were both back to reroute a few things in order to have me up and running, which was crucial since I teach online! Thanks guys!

Called back to make sure I was happy and came back by to see if I wanted anything changed after viewing my lights at night. Very polite and professional. I was very pleased. They arrived when they said. Got to work immediately. Knew what was wrong instantly and fixed it. Did not have right size exterior electrical box with them; came back next business day when said they would and were done within 20 mins. Cleaned up work area. Also gave advice on other electrical issues in the home - best replacement for under-cabinet lights in the kitchen and another electrical glitch in lights upstairs. I will call them again to take care of these issues and any others I have with electricity. Much faster, expert, solution that seemed affordable. Much better than DIY! Very friendly from start to finish, willing to share their expertise and be efficient. Great father - son team!

Buzz and his partner showed up in the 9:00 timeframe as promised. Upon arriving, we went over the work to be completed and even some possible work in the future. After going over the tasks to be completed, Buzz and his partner got right to work. The outlet for the over the range microwave required a new line to the breaker box in the garage and the two outlets in the garage that were installed were on a wall with no existing power which also required a new line to the breaker box. Prior to the visit I was under the impression that I would have conduit attached to the wall of my garage to support the new outlets, but Buzz assured me that he would do everything in his power to avoid using conduit and to hide the wires. Buzz came through on his promise and was able to hide the wires flawlessly! As a bonus, Buzz rewired a three way light switch for our bathroom. Whenever the lights to the master bath were turned on, an outlet by the bed would turn off which sounds like no big deal, but it was a huge inconvenience. At the conclusion of the visit which only took two hours, Buzz notified me that while under the house he noticed several puddles of water that had formed on crawlspace moister barrier. I would never have known this because I do not do crawlspaces! I would definitely hire Griffin Electric again and plan to next spring to install an attic exhaust fan. I really can?t say enough about these guys? they were great!

They don't do things without asking or your appoval.

Go ahead and use them and pay the money. If you do not, you will be calling them back to fix someone else's mess.

I called Griffin Electric on a Thursday morning and spoke with Mike Griffin. He and his son were able to come out that afternoon to give me an estimate of the work that I needed done. I felt the estimate was very reasonable and was impressed with their knowledge and friendly demeanor. We set an appointment for 9AM Monday and they arrived as agreed ..even 15 minutes early. They immediately got to work, were careful to go over with us exactly what we wanted done, and made careful measurements and assessments to make sure that all of the lights were installed and working correctly before they left. They could not have been more accommodating to our requests. The work was completed in approximately 4 hours and we are really enjoying our new lighting! I would definitely recommend and use them again. They were a pleasure to have in our home.

They arrived on time and got right to work after confirming with me what I would like done. They measured carefully and installed the fan with no problems. I will definitely call them for any electrical things I need done in the future.

Set up the appointment for installation for June 21,2010. They gave me a coursesy call about 45min prior to their visit.They were on time, had good manners and did an excellent job and cleaned up when they were finished.If I need any other electrical work done they will be my 1st choice.

Mike and Mike installed a ceiling fan at 5:30 p.m. This involved running wire in my attic and down to an existing outlet. My house was built in the '50s, and this proved to be a bit of a challenge. It was HOT, and Mike, Jr. was sweating like crazy. They were both very professional and friendly and personable.

Called late morning and were able to come out that afternoon. Came on time and ready to work. Once found the short in the fan, told me that I was paying for the entire hour and did I have any other projects that I needed completed. Out came my punch list and got through three additional items. Charged less for entire hour than I had been quoted for fixing the outdoor outlet by another company. Also gave estimates much less on changing GFCI outlets and grounding the whole house than other company.

They did a great job. They were very easy to work with and even fixed our doorbell for free.

I received a lot of valuable explanations and advice on replacing appliances, fixtures, surge protectors, and on calling my AC / Heating Unit service provider to find out from them the amount of damage incurred. Mr. Mike Griffin also phoned me recently to hear from me how all those repairs and replacements were proceeding. I am very happy to have met these two gentlemen, and will certainly call on them again should the need arise.
