Description of Work: Buzz was persistent in figuring out how to rewire our cable--despite complications our cable company kept providing. They were very professional, did quick work (once complications were overcome) and fixed a problem we had been dealing with for several months. We plan to use them for our additional electric needs.

Description of Work: My home suffered a power surge during the night of 8/7 to 8/8. Duke Energy had already , after four hours of work, turned the power back on. Several outlets, surge protectors and appliances (fan, lamps etc) were damaged or inoperable. The Griffin team, father and son, arrived about mid-day on 8/8 and left no stone unturned to check out every electrical outlet and appliance before assuring me that the house was safe again. Michael and Buzz Griffin are the most dependable and professional team I have ever met, and my faith in their work is absolute. Plus, they're great human beings with a magnificent sense of humor and conversational flair. I'll never switch. --Helga Schmettau

Description of Work: Called them at 7:30a to ask about a water heater ignition problem. Mike said they would take a look and see if it was something they could work on as it might be gas or electric and he would have to see. They came out as they said they would aqt 9:30a and took a look. They determined the problem was gas related and out of their area of expertise so they called someone they knew who could help. What a wonderful experience....the water heater was not fixed but they were prompt, honest about the problem and concerned enough to point me in the right direction. They did not charge for the call and we even spent a few minutes looking at some baby pictures and discussing llamas!!! Mike and Buzz (I think was his name) are some of the nicest and most honest trades people I have ever met. Great guys!
