+ -1 moreEric started the day after he gave me his estimate and finished the next day, two of the hottest days this summer. (An additional task was removing a bird's nest that still had baby birds in it from the corner of my porch ceiling. He was careful to assure that the babies survived.) My property has never looked better. Although I got a lower estimate, I cannot envision better results, so I'm very glad I followed my realtor's recommendation and chose Clean Windows Plus. Although I'm certain that the job was harder and took longer than Eric estimated (not to mention the birds), he did not increase his fee.
Description of Work: Eric pressure-washed my vinyl siding, brick foundation and garden & carport walls, porch & carport ceilings, wrought-iron fencing, and concrete porch, steps, sidewalk, driveway, carport, and parking pad, and he cleaned out and chemically polished my gutters.
