About 200sq ft were missing from the house(his mistake) Did not put in portalet as contracted, found workers using the woods where our children played. Ran water line for fridge to pantry, had to switch places. Put in dented exterior doors, refused to replace (did lousy repair job) used regular nails from stud to concrete, all of which are still sticking out two inches. No shims in exterior doors, nails stick into thin air. Did not include mirrors or vanities in bathrooms. Charged $5000 for driveway that he said he would charge by the truckload, but refused to show receipts of how many loads. Broke culvert in driveway, denies it. Floor not level, tried to fill in low spots but made high spot higher; now hall is on a slope. One door will not shut, ''fixed'' it once but claims it is just change in weather. Will not honor warranty. Accuses me of breaking window frame & putting holes in shower grout on purpose; refuses to repair. At last minute added $25,000 of''extras'' to project.
