Good experience overall.

Salesman tried to sell me Gutter Helmut, price went from $5500 to $4000 during our conversation. When I refused he tried to sell me a less expensive product for $1800. I also refused that. He calculated the additional charge based on the length of the gutters beyond what was included in Angies Big Deal. I agreed to pay upon completion. I received a calll 3 days later and two guys arrived and were done in less than 30 min. Wish i could get paid $300/ hr. There was an area that was overflowing as the downspout was still clogged. I left a message and got a call back within 2 hours and they came back the next morning and fixed the issue.

My husband and I were looking for a company to come clean our gutters. We just bought our house this past summer so this was our first time. Amazingly I recieved an email from Angie's list with a gutter deal for cleaning and mainteinance. I called the company after looking at their website andspoke to Robbie. After talking to him about it I went ahead and bought the deal. Shortly after they came to check out my gutters. There were no surprise cost, the deal covered 100ft of gutters and I told Robbie I had about 143 ft and he gave me the exact amount it would be. They said thet were backed up with cleaning and would take a couple weeks to service my gutters, but they were here 3 days later. The guy just called me to let me know they were coming and when I got home from work my gutters were all clean and I could definetely notice the screws that were replaced. We will definetelly be using their service again.

I purchased the coupon to have my gutters cleaned and tuned up. This company came out for the appointment we set and the gentleman was very nice. However, the first thing he mentioned was he needed to measure the gutters to see how much additionaly it would cost (because the coupon only covered so much gutter space). This threw me off guard and he then went on to say it would be an additional $395 after I already paid $89 for gutter cleaning coupon to Angie's List. After mentioning that price, he went straight into recommending/offering the full gutter helmet product that was over $4,000. I am sure that it is a high quality product and the man, again, was very nice. I simply wanted my gutters cleaned and this turned into a bait-n-switch really quick. This is the first time I have had a negative experience with Angie's List. I contacted Angie's List for a refund.

I called for an estimate and the representative who came to our home was courteous and very easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions, showed me product samples and gave recommendations to fit our needs. After getting quotes from several other companies, we decided that the Gutter Helmet was a superior product and worth the extra expense. It took just a week to get the installers our to our home and they cleaned out our existing gutters, sealed the end caps and then installed the Gutter Helmet in just a few hours. The product is amazing and has kept out leaves and sticks even in heavy downpours. We are so glad we made the decision to have this installed and Carolina Gutter Helmet did a great job!

Individuals were very polite. Work appears to have been done very professionally. Very good communication and follow-up. Site clean-up was well-done. I was disappointed by damage (sometime extensive) to some of the bushes along the house. While some damage was probably unavoidable, damage could have been minimized through better placement of the ladders.

We are satisfied with the results. Our experience with them was excellent. They came in and did the work that was contracted. The crew came and did it efficiently and pretty quickly. Their price was competitive. There are a lot of products out there. I would probably grade them a ‘B’ for price. We are very satisfied with the product. They were responsive. They did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. We would use them again in the future.

Met with representative to talk about the need to replace the gutters. He gave me information and choices - then an estimate based on the decisions that were made. He told me that his company would call and schedule the work in a couple of weeks. They did and the work was scheduled. They came to do the work on the day that was scheduled. It took 2 days to complete the job. At the end of the job they cleaned up. They did a great job. Very professional - easy to work with. I plan to call them at a later date to add leaf guard to what has already been done.

Our house is a duplex that was converted to a single family home, which made this gutter replacement a substantial job.We contracted for complete gutter replacement, the helmet system and the replacement of all damage wood and soffets. This company performed admirably. They responded quickly to give us the estimate which was very fair. Financing took only 3 hours to get. They waited the appropriate 3 days to give us the right to cancel and then scheduled the work for 3 days after that.. They were very prompt in arriving, did an excellent job and clean up was great. The workers were very respectful and very knowledgeable. They worked from 10 AM to 7 PM in 97 degree weather in order to complete the job in one day. The saleman, Jimmy was very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

It went really well, they did a great job. I think the price was good. I think they were professional and they did a great job. We had a little problem when it snowed the week after the gutters were installed and they came out immediately and fixed it free of charge. They were just awesome. We would use them again; we plan to do the front of the house this year.

The job only took a few hours. They cleaned up afterward and also offered to place helmets on a separate workshop, which we allowed them to do (no helmets were installed on workshop in first installation).

They did a fantastic job. Very professional and prompt. Cleaned up every day and did an exceptional job of even the small details. We had one place that overflowed during extremely heavy rains and they came back and adjusted the gutter system to fix the problem area the very next day. I can't say enough to adequately relay the outstanding job they did for us. The price was reasonable considering the quality of the product and the professionalism of the work crew.

The gutters they used were leaf guards and they are working great. We haven't had to clean our gutters since they were installed and we couldn't have asked for better workmanship or quality products.

They did an excellent job on our gutters. The wire mesh lining really helped to keep leaves and branches out of our gutters. We had one minor problem with our down spouts, but they came out and made sure the gutters were installed correctly.

They did a terrific job. We had taken several bids on the project; although their's was more expensive than others we chose them based on the fact they would install a better quality product. They were very quick in performing the task and cleaned up any mess made. We've had no problems with the gutters since. They were very accommodating to our schedule as they gave us the freedom to choose the date and time to start the work. There was no problem with their punctuality or being courteous. They fully addressed all questions and concerns we'd had. I would recommend them to family or a friend.
