home inspection
 + -1 moreHe called me within 2 hours from my initial call to schedule an appointment. He was prompt in arrival on the scheduled inspection date. He explained his terms and conditions clearly and had us sign a couple of forms. He then started the inspection, taking notes and pictures throughout the bathroom. I was very impressed with his knowledge and level of professionalism. Before he left our house, he said that we would have our full report within 3 days and we did. I would highly recommend him for home inspections to family, friends and the Angie's List community!
Description of Work: CJ came to our home to complete a bathroom home inspection. We didn't need the full home inspection, just the master bathroom. We recently remodeled our master bathroom and have had a lot of problems, so CJ did a complete inspection of it. He took a multitude of pictures, inspected the wiring in the attic and even removed a medicine cabinet to ensure proper framing! He was prompt in returning my calls and very courteous. When he was complete with the inspection, he mailed us the final report with color pictures and details of the problems he found. He also wrote his recommendations in the report.
