 + -1 moreI called Bobs Upstate Lock & Security and Steve immediately answered the phone, it's past 4pm EST. Steve had a few work orders ahead of me, but said he would be happy to get the job done right away if I would keep the office open past 5pm. Not only was Bob's Upstate Lock willing to go above and beyond the call of duty, they were actually cheaper than their competitors and did not charge overtime for afterhours service call. Steve showed up emailed me the appropriate documents I requested to the corporate office. They were approved, work was conducted and completed. An invoice was emailed to me and payment was given over the phone. Quick, easy and painless transaction. Bob's Upstate Lock is now my go to vendor for the area. I highly recommend them!
Description of Work: I have a offices all over the country, and I needed a locksmith to rekey the front and backdoor immediately for one of our offices in South Carolina. The request came in from my local manager late in afternoon. I started frantically calling Locksmith in the area. Many did not answer because it was after 3pm. Of the ones that did get call backs from, they only had availability for the next morning, not surprising and perfectly acceptable.

Description of Work: Yesterday I found myself locked out of my home. Oh wait it gets worse. After a grocery trip I arrive home, turn on Elmo, and place my 2 year old son in the den. I quickly run out to grab the groceries and hurry back in. I found that my toddler has locked the storm door. My son is inside. I am outside without keys or a phone.my husband and daughter are out to the movies. I try to stay calm as my son is oblivious to the situation. Our house is toddler proof and I can see him. At this time I run across the street to get my neighbor. His sweet wife calls a locksmith. Ok breath help is on the way. I entertain my son thru the glass door until Bob's upstate lock and security arrives to save the day. The door was open in no time at all. The sweet relief to pick up my son and hold him safe in my arms. Steve, our sweet locksmith, was amazing. He was fast, kind, and professional. I mentioned to my neighbor I will have extra keys made and leave one with them. Steve's job wasn't done. He said let's take care of that right now. He made an extra set of keys on the spot. If I am every in any situation that requires a locksmith I will call Steve.

Description of Work: Steve has worked with Helping Hands Ministries of Woodruff over the past year to try and save a old door lock on our building. We finally had to admit it was not worth fixing and purchase a whole new door lock with deadbolt. Steve is very professional and easy to work with.
