Description of Work: I am out of town trying to call this for my wife because she was at work and hates talking on the phone. I have a problem with a refrigerator. I waited on hold for 5 minutes to talk to a customer service person. She was very business like (aka abrupt) in asking questions. She asked me what brand. I said I thought it was an LG but I was about to say I would confirm that before anyone would be coming out. I was not given the chance. She said "We do not service LG." and hung up without another word.
