Called and left messages multiple times, over the course of few months. Never got my calls returned. I don't understand how this company is still in business.

The company did exceptional work. Took special care with surrounding trees and shrubs. Cleaned up.

Donnie was professional and friendly. The tree was down quickly and rather than noisily grinding the debris, he hauled it off in a dump truck! We wish our neighbors had used his services the day a noisy grinder was on for several hours! We highly recommend American Tree Services.

I contacted Donnie of American Tree Service regarding removal of a tree that had fallen in my back yard. He was able to make time to come out and quote the removal of the tree on the same day that I contacted him. He provided 2 options, advising the pros and cons of each. He also provided a time frame for the actual removal, as there were several jobs ahead of mine. Before leaving, we settled on a price and he provided a written quotation. Between the time of job being awarded and the promised time frame, there was a winter storm and plenty of rain. This created a backlog in his schedule so he contacted me to let me know that my job was still in the queue but with a slightly revised time frame. Based on the revised date, he and his crew arrived promptly and took care of the fallen tree as well as the sweet gum tree that was hindering access to the fallen tree. I was really pleased that they took proactive measures to ensure as little damage to my yard as possible, as they needed to back their truck through the front yard into the back. They finished the job in less time than I had imagined, cleaned up the area nicely and were on their way! I found Donnie and his crew to be extremely polite and professional. I really appreciated the time he took to explain to me what options were available to me and I feel that the price was more than fair for the job performed.

American Tree service removed 6+ trees in our backyard as we were preparing for our pool to be installed. Earlier in the spring we had American tree come out to estimate taking out 18+ trees in our front and backyard. We mistakenly went with another company for those trees and caused more damage and money than it was worth. As it came time to take more trees out in the summer we called Donnie and his crew back out and they removed the 6+ trees with no problem, no damage etc... We would definitely recommend them and use them again for future projects.

The customer service was exceptional. Donnie Harrison was prompt on delivering a quote. The crew obviously takes pride in their work. My property was left in pristine condition and the cuts both smooth and clean. Thank you. Job well done! The work was exceptional and quick. I came home for lunch and except for where the stump was and the fact the tree was gone no one would have known I had a tree cut down.. The best clean up job ever. The tree was between my house and the flower bed and they didn't touch either one, no equipment to mess up my grass. They were very easy to get in touch with and the price was reasonable.

punctual, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. it started pouring the day they came, but they returned quickly the next morning. when they were done, you would hardly know there was ever a huge oak tree there.

My experience overall went very well. They came out at 8AM Saturday morning just like they promised. They did a great job with the cleanup afterwards. I could not be more pleased with the job done. They are licensed and insured. They also provide free estimates and 24hr emergency service. They also took down an old basketball goal free of charge.
