Tye was great. Excellent communication, arrived as scheduled and completed repairs on both dryer and washer very quickly. There was no waiting days to weeks for parts to arrive after initial evaluation (as tends to be the case when needing repair work performed). Repairs were completed within 24 hours of our first phone discussion. With this being a rental property, I did not pay for the repairs so I cannot comment on the cost, but I would highly recommend them nonetheless.

The technician who did the evaluation of our problem, discussed his findings with other techs. One if those techs called to give me a suggestion based upon his experience with a similar problem. This gave me enough information to make a sound decision.

Responded quickly to request. Unfortunately the company does not stand behind their work. Repair lasted less than 15 minutes. When company contacted we were told we needed a new microwave rather than further troubleshooting. We were offered a replacement microwave for $450-600 and a credit of $20.00.

Came the next day, and quickly figured out why my dishwasher was not working. He was very professional.

Prompt return call and kept me informed of the timeline for appearance. Repaired the appliance at a very fair price. Would hire again

I know these days you have to be careful who you hire. Same with me, but I am very pleased I went with Brand. Very knowledgeable, honest and was a pleasure to work with, yes I did have to help by opening the door and removing some of my food! In the end it was going to cost me as much to fix as a new one. I will definitely hire again if I have trouble with any appliances. But Iâ m hoping that does not happen! You will not be disappointed if you are ever in need of a repair. Brand Repair ever time!
