lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreEventually replaced unit. This generator failed once during last 6 months. Contacted Sears about repairs they said they'd get a service man out to site. I'm still waiting some 3 months later. The generator is used to draw water for my horses and they were told this but still plenty of promises but no action. Action Man they are not. I have been told that they don't have a service contact with anyone here in Walterboro was no body comes out. I have had it fixed by a small engines service center here in Walterboro. Took him about 10 minutes but I had to take it to him. Didn't cost too much either.
Description of Work: The shop nothing. I must admit though Sears did get it replaced for me but only after many phone galls and one call to the CEO. That got things moving.
