One Hour has an excellent staff! The technicians are very well trained and treat your A/C and furnace like their own...I like that they educate us about our equipment.They are all very friendly and helpful and leave things neat. We have no complaints whatsoever!

The service was wonderful. They showed genuine concern for our problem. They worked with us on a solution until we found the right fix. Philip was the technician they sent out to help us and he was absolutely wonderful!

I appreciate their loyal service. Their word is just as good as their advertisement. Whatever they say they are going to do, they do. They are prompt & I never have to wait on them.
