Spring Opening. I had shut my pool down for several years and decided to open it this year 2020. What took place was just short of a miracle as Joy and her crew breathed life back into it. I knew some of what was done due to 2 years back, but the remaining procedures were so professional as she revived "a dead pool" Joy has been non available to us customers for some time as she had cancer and couldn't go forward with the company. The cancer left and she is now as good as she ever was. I trust her competence, skills and her ability to turn around projects that are almost impossible. She is the best pool company out there.

She did a great diagnosis of what needed to be done as I had a pool with issues. She spoke with authority (she knew what she was talking about) and went over every part of the pool and told me what would be done once the old linner was taken off. Sure enough, she patched, measured, and gave me some clues as she had a variety of liners to choose from. She recommended a few as they were more durable, and just a tad more expensive. I picked a perfect pattern and thickness for me and asked her if that was possible for her crew and her to install. Today, I have a most beautiful pool that has been professionaly worked on by a GREAT PROFESSIONAL. I immediately asked her if her crew serviced pools and she said yes, and I said THANK YOU...You are hired !! Professional, Confident, Diplomacy, Timely, Knowledgeable like no one else in the business. Joy's Pool's comes highly recommended !!! Joy came to my house the day and time she quoted. She/her crew tried to fix my pool pump as cheap for me as she could by telling me something that could be replaced later. I gave her the ok to go ahead and fix "everything" that needed to be done. Any issue or concern that I had later, I called Joy and she talked to me about it without making me feel like I was bothering her or make me feel dumb. She was very professional and made me feel like a friend. As long as she's fixing pools I WILL use her service and recomend her to anyone who is looking for pool service. Highly recommended!!

Joy replaced our vinyl liner and installed a cover. She did a great job. She is responsive, does what she says she will, is reasonably priced, and is a really nice person too!

The crew was very professional and even so the first part ordered was not compatible with our system, Joy ordered a new one and had it replaced before our grand children arrived for Memorial Day week-end . Her crew replaced some of the pipes around the pump and fixed all leaks. We will use her services again. I strongly recommend her company.

We have used Joys Pools service since our pool was installed over 7 years ago. During this time she has opened and closed the pool each season as well as doing any maintenance that has been required. She is always available to answer any questions that we have and she will help us over the phone or come to the house if needed. She is friendly, helpful and a person you can always rely on.

I must say..Absolutely fantastic service and professionalism--- from first quote visit through finish Joy and her team were always on time and extremely professional. I was most impressed with the inground light installation (replacement) which Joy McIntire completed swiftly and expertly. John returned in the evening (per our special request do so, due to our time constraints) to complete final touches on the liner. So ..they also accomodate special needs!The liner was installed in one day. They also did patch work to pool sides where needed!!! I can't praise this team enough. Joy was super and the experience served to counteract a former bad experience we had with another pool company. Truthfully I was concerned about any company ...Joy's pools turned that concern around . They are a great group!

We found Joy to be extremely professional in our business dealings and her installation practices, she was willing to answer any questions and assist us in starting the pool back up. Joy took extra care in measuring the pool and the new liner fits perfectly. We highly recommend Joy's Pools !

JoysPools is the best pool maintenance company I have ever used. I don't know why anyone would use anyone else.

Joy is a terrific lady and does what she says she is going to do. I have used her consistently over the past two or three because she does such a good job. She is relatively competitive and does a good job. If it turns out things don't work, she will come back and repair it anyway.
