Mr. Neal came out on time. He was professional, yet easy to talk with. He has 20 + yrs. experience evaluating foundation problems from home owners, to hospitals. After looking at everything he felt our cracks was due to the age of the house and natural settling. He didn't feel we needed to worry though he recommend a few things, which we are in process of having done. I so appreciated his honesty. Mr. Neal said for us to keep a check and if everything stays the same after 6-months we should be fine. Should things change then he could take care of us. Before Mr. Neal came we had another company suggest spending $$$ to get perfection and giving (today only special price) if we will sign contract. Call a few people out, I just hope you also call Mr. Neal.
Description of Work: Came to look at foundation cracks around porch and corner of house.
