Custom Exterior Improvements

We've had to hold off on our job because of finances, but it still needs to be done, and we'll reactivate it when current obligations are met (and the weather improves). I'll probably have an update later, if we go with this business, which is very possible. Originally, I called Mr. Emily for a quote when someone else postponed a visit to estimate for our rain gutter replacement. It was a rainy day, and I told Mr. Emily "no hurry", that we could wait for better weather, but he came over that afternoon. He took his measurements, and we talked about the job, including his opinion that the gutters aren't in bad shape,and could be power washed, and tightened where necessary. I found it interesting that he would suggest that as an alternative, which is a potentially more affordable option, but... I'm still undecided if that's our best option. Regarding Mr. Emily, I felt quite confident in him, and I believe he would do well and leave me a satisfied customer. Price-wise, I think he's in the ballpark, but I'll know for sure this spring.
