C & N Tree Service

I cam home for lunch on 19th at around 12 Noon. Worked seemed to be going OK. When I was leaving to go back to work (about 12:50 PM), Napier said he would be finished in about 30 minutes. Knowing I couldn't get back to him until after 5:30, I went ahead and wrote him a check for $150.00. When I got home at about 5:45 PM, I could see that he hadn't finished cutting up the wood. Some "slices" were not cut all the way through and other wood had not been cut at all. I called him the next day only to find that his number on the card was really someone else's cell phone (a "Nolan") and that "I let him "Napier" use my phone sometimes, too often." This Nolan said he would call Napier and have him call me. (This was on Nov. 20th) Napier never called. I called "Nolan" again on the 21st (I believe), the 23rd -- to no avail. Then on the 25th I call Collins. Told him I would reported C&N to Better Business Burea & Angie's List. He said don't do that and that he himself would come on Friday morning (the 27th) and finish the job. He neither came nor called on the 27th. I called and left 2 messages for Collins on the 27th and got no reply. I don't know what else to do.
