They showed up, gave an excellent rate, came back out when they said they would, did excellent work, and left. I would put them at the top of the list. Danny and Eddie were the best! Very happy with them.

We contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing on a Tuesday to look at a leak at our rental house. They came out on Thursday to look at the issue. The plumber told us we would get an estimate on Friday. We did not get an estimate until Tuesday of the following week. (Monday was a holiday). The estimate gave us three options. We made a selection from the estimate, then told on Wednesday that option was not correct. There were only two options. They would not be able to get out until Thursday or Friday to take care of the repair. We called another company who offered quicker, quality service for half the price. We will not work with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.

My husband called them while I was out of town, and he was very pleased with the promptness of their arrival and their ability to deal with the problem.

My favorite Heating and Cooling company, One Hour Heating and Cooling, expanded their services a few years ago into plumbing. So I knew Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was trustworthy. I called them at 8:30 in the morning. We thought that our well pump was dead and needed a replacement ASAP!! They scheduled me in for after lunch. They called me back a few minutes later and moved me up to immediately! Someone would be here in a few minute;. !5 minutes later here they were!! My pump was tested and inspected in just a few minutes to see if it was something simpler to repair. It wasn't. Benjamin Franklin's plumber explained that I was right. We discussed my options, ain't many, I live in the woods. I told them we would haul water from the creek to flush with until it was repaired. They headed to the office to have them contact me about times and scheduling. I expected a two day wait because every place I spoke to when I was thinking of doing it myself had a overnight wait. My baby girl came running into the kitchen, squealing that the water mens were back. I had water less than an hour later. I know what a pain replacing my well pump can be; My husband and I installed the deceased pump a decade ago. They worked together better than an old married couple, a real team. Benjamin Franklin Plumbers were dressed professionally, well-spoken, friendly, concerned, and kind. I had two sick children at home from school, no water for over a day, a home full of escaped parakeets, and two 2 liter bottles of frozen water. They could have made my day harder. Instead Benjamin Franklin Plumbing made an effort to get me my water on the same day. I really appreciate the service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing now as much as I do with One Hour Heating and Cooling Service. I will use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing the next time I need a Great plumbing service!! About Price, I am thrifty (cheap). I was pleasantly surprised by the modest price. I had priced pumps on-line when the pump first died. I must have water and a pump is my only option. So I was expecting a really big chunk of a price, a real chew and swallow since I was repaired so fast. I about fell out with relief when Ms. Diane gave me the price. I wouldn't need to sell my firstborn to the gypsies; She was very disappointed.
