We discovered that a corroded supply pipe to our main water cutoff valve had leaked over 33,000 gallons (per the local utility) while we were gone on vacation. We contacted Benjamin Franklin and they dispatched a two-person team within 30 minutes (at the end of the day). They dug around the main cut off valve and found the line break and repaired it with a new pipe connection. Then they retested it and asked that we flush the bathtub faucet (one without an aerator) to clear any possible grass or sediment debris that may have been trapped in the water line. After validating our pressure was correct, they completed the job. I was happy with their responsiveness and work quality. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Unclogged toilet and checked kitchen faucet leak. A little pricey for them to install a new faucet at $800 parts and labor. We are buying faucet and they will install for $200.
