I've used them twice. I had a shop built the first time, and they wired it. They were good. I wouldn't say anything bad about it. They did have to fix something that was wrong on the first job, but they fixed it quickly and there were no issues. They came when they said they would and were there on time.

I was very pleased with them. The owner was very nice. I thought that it was a good deal. He returned my calls and the two men that came out, were really nice. They were very accommodating and I would highly recommend them. Sometimes I think the small companies are better than the large companies. I bought my own light and the job was excellent.

They're my good 3 people. They're great and so that's why I called. I would recommend them because they're on time, they're reasonable and they respond quickly. It was really a good experience with them. I have nothing bad to say about them. They're in line with everyone else and I'm happy of what they did. I like the reliability and it's worth it. They say it when they said they're having the job done.

Wright Electrical was prompt in scheduling an appointment, they showed up on time, and completed the job in a timely fashion. They called prior to the appointment to find out what we wanted done. This allowed them to come to the appointment with all necessary materials to complete the job. They were able to finish everything with just one visit! We are very pleased with their work and professionalism.

I had a general handyman come over twice to fix the nonworking lights in the MBR and, after two failed trips, he could not do so. I had used Wright before and, sure enough, they tracked down the problem to a bad can light that was grounding out the connection and burned up the light switch.

I called another local electrical company first and called Wright (from their reviews on CL) to get a second opinion/quote. The price that Wright quoted was about a third of the first, so I let them do the work. They did a great job! Their servicemen were very professional and explained everything in detail. When they could not fix something, they worked and worked until they could solve the issue. I just called them today for some work on the new house!

Called on Thursday, they were here at 9:00 am Monday as they promised. Completed job in a little less than 1.5 hours exactly where we marked the location. No mess, no fuss. Very professional. Would call again for similar work.

There were some scheduling issues that required the appointment to be rebooked twice. They did not call when the technicians were running very late but once they arrived the work was done efficiently and well.

I paid for two hours of electrical work. Wright sent out two guys, one of whom didn't do much of anything. The other guy left for about 45 minutes to do some shopping. After three hours they were unable to fix either of my switches and wanted to charge me another $215 for two extra hours. I called the next day to complain, and two other guys came out the following day. It was like the difference between night and day. These guys were professional and polite. They fixed everything the other guys did and solved my original problem in less than an hour. I will use Wright again, but will insist they send the "brothers". The two competent electricians are actually brothers who work together.

Mr. Wright was on another job and sent two of his employees. The appointment was scheduled for 10:00am. I told him we would be meeting them there as we always supervise any work done at our rental houses. We arrived at 9:50. The tenant told us the two men had already been there, found the problem and went to buy a part. I called Mr. Wright and asked him why they came early on a Saturday when we and our tenants expected them at 10:00. He apologized and said most people only complained if they were late. When the two employees returned, we found them polite but unprofessional in other ways. One threw a cigarette butt in the yard right in front of us and we had to ask him to pick it up. The other had a very unprofessional appearance, in our opinion. We're glad to have the problem repaired but are used to more professionalism. The employees had no invoice with them. We finally received our bill in the mail a month after the work was done.

I really do not care if they do not want to do the job - I completely understand that. What I do not like is the complete lack of any response after I made 3 seperate attempts to get one. i was assured each time I called they would get back with me. Now, in all fairness I had used this contractor earlier in 2013 and they were tremendous. I had about $600 of electrical work completed and they were responsive and prompt.

It came out fine. The guy came out and fixed my outdoor light which is a motion activated. It also had the sensor for the day and night so it's kinda complicated, he fixed it and it was fine. We had some difficulty in scheduling, he's schedule doesn't fit with my schedule at first but we eventually got it together and it wasn't an urgent thing. He was a presentable guy and he knew exactly what to do. He's very efficient. The deal was a good pricing.

The contractor was on time and professional. Reviewed everything and then walked me through what they found. It was an easy experience and resolved my issues.
