I called Craig Wright on Monday and had an appointment for Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.- That was excellent!!! Totally exceeded my expectations. Chris Mason came over and was extremely professional. He approached a home inspector punch list one at a time, explained issues and completed all items very promptly. I would use them again and recommend to my friends and neighbors.

It took a month to get an appointment because I couldn't call and they were slow to respond to Angie's List messages. The appointment window was 9-10am. I got a message at 10 that they were running late. I got a call at 11 that they were leaving to head my way. They showed up around 12:15-12:30. This was an unexpectedly long wait because my house can be reached from anywhere in the region in 45 minutes or less. They quickly wired up the replacement lights and moved on to the bathroom fan. They corrected a mounting issue and wired it up. As they were leaving, they told me they couldn't connect the fan to the duct like I had asked because that was an HVAC contractor's job. This was the issue I had most wanted resolved, and they weren't up front about it. When I tried to resolve it myself later, I found they had left a bag of screws laying on a joist and tossed boxes onto the insulation, unsupported by joists, and left them there.

I was instructed to purchased 55 feet of 4/0 size 4 USE Direct Burial Cable Electrical Wire for mobile homes before the scheduled appointment. The wire cost $187 to purchase. The electrical were on time for the install and assessed thetasks. The elections had to purchase additional supplies at Lows to completethe job. The elections made a trench that holds the electrical lines from the poll to under the mobile home and connected the line under the home. The hold process took 3 to 4 hours.

They got all 5 of the ceiling fan motors installed In the allotted hour. They did a great job. They answered all of my questions and made sure I knew how to put the blades and light part up of the fans.

Excellent. This is the 3rd major project on which I used Wright Electrical since I moved to Greenville. Each experience has been excellent.

These guys were great! Worked diligently the entire time to get everything working perfectly and to my satisfaction. Had to move the ceiling mount a bit for the new fan, and pointed out that there would be a ring on the ceiling where the old fan was mounted. They stopped long enough for me to paint the spot with ceiling paint, and now it looks perfect. I really appreciated that attention to detail.

They were prompt and very professional. They did a great job and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use they for any future work.

The installer promised to email the estimate. A week went by, and still no estimate. I called, and the installer promised to work on it. Several days have gone by. Still no estimate. If they didn't want to do the job, I wish they had just said so. We lost valuable time dealing with these people, while we could have been working with someone else.

Chris was very professional. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly.

WRIGHT ELECTRICAL LLC did an exceptionally good job installing a Ceiling Fan with three lights (and a remote control unit) in my master bedroom. They were polite, courteous, and professional. If you need someone to install a Ceiling Fan, these are the guys you want to call !!! You won't be disappointed. You can count on Wright to treat you Right !!! The appointment was for 10 am, they called at 9:58 to say he was running late. Arrival time, nearly noon. Understood what needed to be done and said that someone would be in touch with an estimate. It's more than 24 hours later and I still don't have an estimate. Went to my fridge and the light didn't come on. Thought that was odd and went to the breaker box, the breaker to the fridge had been cut off. He had been in and out of the breaker box a couple of times. Seemed nice enough but someone needs to buy a watch.

Two gentlemen came and one was very nice and considerate. He made sure to cover the kitchen island he stood on to install one of the pendants. He also covered our wood floor before setting up the ladder. The other guy just hopped up with his shoes on to install the other pendant. The nice guy took care of the noise in the ceiling fan pretty quickly and the other guy started the ceiling light installation. He went up into the attic to find a connection I guess, Since he didn't really say anything, I don't know. The room already had a wired junction box. After Wright left, I had to go into the attic to reset one of our HVAC units. Our extra carpeting, bath tiles and wood flooring was thrown up against the HVAC unit. The wrapping between the floored attic space and the rest of the house was torn through. Since I had been in the attic right before Wright came, I knew the guy did it. I was so disappointed and furious. I need some other things done, but I don't want that one guy anywhere near my house.

The technicians arrived on time and were very professional. They planned the job so as not to create to much disruption in my house. The performed all the duties in a timely and efficient manner even though I was paying hourly for labor. I will only use Wright Electrical for my work in the future. Thank you Wright Electrical.

The phone service was professional and courteous. A meeting was set for the very next day to access the damage and give us a quote. After a brief visit, the 2 electricians who came over quoted us on the worst case scenario, which was still reasonable. After calling in to the office to discuss time slots, a repair appointment was made for 3 days later. The electricians arrived at a reasonable time today and replaced our old wiring for the stove in about half an hour. They were incredibly efficient and courteous. I would definitely recommend Wright and I would use them again.

They have been here twice, once last year and once this year. There was nothing I disliked. They were here on time, did the job well and charged a fair price. I will use them again as soon as I can.
