The guys showed up early and took care of removing one electrical box, removing a switch on the deck, and moving an electrical outlet. They had already come out once to look and the job and see what we wanted done.
Description of Work: The guys came and out and removed an electrical box for our pool from the outside of our house. They also removed a switch on our deck that goes to our pool light but is no longer needed. They also removed an electrical switch in our plant bed near the pool and installed it with a cover in the brick foundation. We are getting ready to have a paver patio installed and needed the electrical work done.

He even recommended that if we thought it might be the pump motor, we would want to call someone who could get to us earlier because of the upcoming holiday. We decided to let him look at it and he did a great job. He diagnosed the issueand fixed it within an hour and a half. His prices were very reasonable and he and his helper were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend their service.

They did and excellent job and they took the boxes and packing materials leaving the rooms the way they were when they arrived. I will be recommending them and will definitely use them again. His guys came out and explained thoroughly what they were going to do and answered all my questions at that time. Craig was very helpful in answering others questions and concerns quickly via email and phone. He even went out of his way to speak with the manufacturer of the swim spa! John and Manley were sent to do the install. Loved them!!!! Thyey worked well together, very competant,quck, professional, and all around nice guys!!! I would recommend highly for any electrical needs!!

+ -1 moreThe first step was getting a detailed quote, given to us in writing by Craig. Once we agreed on the list of things to do and the (reasonable!) price, we scheduled the work. The two gentlemen who came to the house worked very efficiently throughout the day and were very pleasant to be around. They did all the work as requested at a very high level of professionalism and quality (installing heavy-duty plugs, neat mounting of the light bars, leaving everything clean when they left.) Overall, a great job -- we would certainly recommend them and use the service again.

The guys are honest and they reviewed the installation of the Panasonic vent fans. They completed the complex wiring appropriately. I appreciated their hard work and care.

+ -1 moreI found Wright Electric on Angie's List. They have many reviews and an "A" rating, so when I saw the coupon for $99 for two hours I purchased it. I called and scheduled the work for the following week. The coupon is for 1 man for 2 hours or 2 men for 1 hour. John and Manley Roach were very nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. Putting the ceiling fan up took two men because one had to hold the fan while the other fastened it. Then one person installed the dimmer while the other installed the light fixture. They put cardboard under their ladder to be sure not to make any marks on the carpet. I appreciate that they came on the scheduled day and time as many trades people show up if and when they want. It is a very professional company and I recommend them.
Description of Work: Our ceiling fan was coming out of the ceiling and we had them secure it. We wanted them to install 2 dimmer switches, which we supplied, but we were only able to have them install one because the other one we bought was the wrong kind. They also mounted a light fixture in our attic. We asked them about having outlets added indoors and outdoors and they looked at the locations to let us know if it would be possible. We also asked about adding remote controls to two of our ceiling fans and they said no problem and gave us an idea about how long it would take. We will be using them to do those things.

+ -1 moreI had two outlets go out at a rental home, so I bought the Big Deal. I called Wright Electrical just before it expired, and they came out a few days later. Great experience overall, they fixed it quickly and didn't try to upsell me on anything. The issue was that I had a loose wire in one of the outlets that was causing it and the other outlet to trip the GFI. Because of the way the home is wired, it just didn't occur to me that the two outlets would be connected in any way, either to each other or to the GFI. The guys at Wright explained that older homes are sometimes configured this way, and that a GFI plug can reset another outlet a long ways away from the GFI.

+ -1 moreThis experience was first class and very smooth from start to finish. Owner Craig fitted me in, as best he could, to meet both our needs and satisfaction. On arrival, his workers did not waste any time in beginning their work, and completed their tasks in a very timeous manner. I am very happy with the work performed by Manley and John, and would definitely employ Wright Electrical for any future electrical needs.
Description of Work: I managed to try to erroneously replace 4-1" fluorescent tubes in my kitchen light fitting with 1-1/2" tubes. In the process, I damaged one the of tube-holding ends in the fitting; this rendered the fitting useless. So I then purchased 4 new -1" tubes which didn't work. Having been a successful previous Angieslist Client, I reviewed several reviews of Electrical Contractors and selected Wright Electrical LLC. as my choice. Unfortunately, for me, Craig's workload was pretty full-up and his men could not come till two weeks later, but I decided , that because ot the reviews, it might be worth the wait till March 20th between 10 and 11am. I purchased an Angieslist deal at $110.00/2 man hours labor, had my 4 new 1" tubes already in hand and purhased my replacement 4' x 2' light fitment from Lowes (matched my previous) and was now ready for Wright's workers. On the appointed hour, Wright's employees Manley and John arrived right on time. I found them to be very courteous and friendly. They worked excellently together and had the old fitting tested for power, and down, and the new erected in about 15 -20 minutes. Three new tubes were fitted up because I could not find the 4th tube. We installed an old 4th tube which had some power, so the new fitting was now in working order. Manley and John took away the debris and were gone, in a total of about 30-35 minutes from arrival. Five minutes after they were gone, I located the missing new fluorescent tube and had it fitted up in 10 minutes. I had a great and successful experience with Wright Electrical and will use them again for my next Electrical requirement. Manley and John never stopped for a breather, and worked very well with each other. Just a great overall experience.

+ -1 moreBought the special price for 2 hours of work. I had a small job to be done. I requested ONE (1) worker for 2 hours. Instead, this company substitutes TWO (2) workers for 1 hour (which then equals 2 man-hours). With the work I needed, it left 1 of the guys standing around twidling his thumbs essentially, so therefore a waste of money. They do it this way, so once it goes past the 1 hour mark, your Angie's list coupon is used up and you have to pay for more hours. The work they did was fine and I did not have to pay extra as the job was so small, but the coupon is very misleading and I am convinced others would not be getting their full money's worth.
