U.S. Energy Solutions

They are a busy company and I can understand why. It seemed like things were slow but a lot was going on behind what I could visualize. The permits and the Net metering agreement had to be approved first. After that the work began very fast. The waiting on Duke energy was a couple weeks after everything was installed but the results were extremely good. I now have a system that cools the house properly. My power bills went from $320 a month to $9.18 and even with the solar payment I am saving hundreds of dollars a month. The crews were very professional and did not take any short cuts. In this world everyone wants immediate installation and results but somethings take a little time to achieve the results expected. The company kept me up to date with the progress and the channels they had to go through to complete the process. They are very customer oriented and I would recommend them to anyone who was to save money. You have to have long term goals. Mine are going to be achieved with the help of U S Energy solutions. I thank them very much as they not only made me feel like a special customer, they made me feel like part of the family.

The folks at EnergySmith did a great job. Mr. Hamacher explained in detail the work that would be performed and material used. His men were cordial and professional. I am happy with the job they did. i would absolutely call on them again.

The work was done as planned. Started on time. Took several hours longer than previously planned but was not an issue.

Good people to work with. Love the whole-home approach for the same price as just solar panels from other companies. Solar panels, tankless hot water heater, nest thermostats, and radiant barrier work well. A few issues during installation, but they worked everything out to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to others.

Very Professional and punctual. A fairly long process but complete from sales to engineering. So far very pleased with both the people and the experience.

Hurricane Irma had an impact on the schedule, with so much work to be done, we expected some problems. We enjoyed all of the workers. They were polite and respectful.

Salesperson explained how the process would go and quality of the solar panels. Also helped in getting my house more energy efficient. The installers were very nice and professional and explained the process very well. Excellent job from start to finish.

The rep suggested several improvements including upgrading to a solar heating system. We are now in the process of installing a solar heating system. With government tax incentives over the next 2 years we will finance $15K. If I just keep paying what I was paying for my monthly power bill towards the solar panels and upgrades the payback is less that 7 years. After which, my electricity is free. System has a 30 year warranty. Looking forward to the installation and will provide feedback once it is installed and in operation.

U.S. Energy Solutions came out and inspected my system and provided an estimate to complete the work and get my panels fully operational. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They offered to assist with getting parts covered under warranty if applicable. After being cheated by the first company, the work ethic of U.S. Energy Solutions staff was greatly appreciated and I can't thank them enough! They completed the work and did not go over the estimate provided and they offer a multitude of payment methods.
