UPSTATE WINDOW & GUTTER CLEANING

Scheduled a day, showed up on time, Did an excellent job and left no debris. I call them every year. 3 stories up. They always remember information from prior years because it is always the same folks.

Very responsive and timely.

They cleaned and flushed the gutters, downspouts, and underground drainage. I asked them to take down some elbows for me to modify, no problem, no additional charge. This was the second year. Same guy came. They had me in the computer and he remembered details about the house. They blew the leaves off the deck as well.

Very well. A little hard to get scheduled due to cold weather and rain, but he DID call back every time and keep me updated. That is becoming very unusual. He also di some minor repair for me while he was up there and did not charge.

Work was scheduled for two days after initial contact. Four workers showed up and worked very quickly to complete the job. Crew was very professional and courteous. Excellent job.

The team arrived on time, they were finished in 2 hours with 3 people working on site. They cleaned up everything and left no trash behind. Very professional and fast.

I called and the man I spoke to was very pleasant. He offered to come out the same day. It started raining the next day and the gutters are running water through good and no longer clogged. Thank you.

They were punctual and friendly. They showed up, introduced themselves, and got right to work cleaning the gutters on our 2-story house. We had a gutter in the backyard that the dog had pulled on and they fixed it with a couple screws. The were fast and efficient. They let me know when the work was completed.

They have excellent service and very good price. I was definitely very pleased with them. I called them probably on a Monday, the owner always picks up, he is always very nice. If he is busy he will call you right back. The first time it happened I basically explained to him the dimensions of the house and he gave me a quote on phone. He stuck by that quote, and it is not like they got here, oh it is going to be more or anything like that. Even this time he basically said, okay it will just be the same price that you paid last time. So I would say the pricing was fair, I got an accurate quote from him and he told me when his crew would be out. That's exactly when they got here. They are very timely and punctual, did the job quickly, but did a good job, they didn't damage anything or leave a mess behind. They even cleaned up themselves when it was finished. He isn't very pushy as far as getting paid. They did the job and sent me an invoice and just asked me for payment at my convenience. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Arrive promptly as scheduled, went directly to work. Worked in a well coordinated way, very competent and professional, cleaned up after them selves and replaced everything. Second time I used them, and I will use them again.

It went well. Only the top gutter was clogged. The workers were friendly.

Arrived 30 minutes EARLIER than promised and got started cleaning the gutters. Crew of about four with their own ladders, cleaning equipment and believe it or not their own water. Cleaned the gutters very efficiently and did so by placing the debris in containers and hauling it away when they left. Cleaned up all the debris that fell out or away from the gutters, too. Did most of the work from the roof rather than leaning off of ladders. Flushed out each downspout as they went. All of their equipment and their experience was well suited to their work and it showed. After the gutters were cleaned they attacked the windows and the only thing I had to do was remove all the screens. Cleaned the glass AND the dirt at the base of each window. Cleaned some screened porch sealant over-spray off the adjoining kitchen window that my bride has been after me to clean for the past few years. (Second story window cleaning seems to be their forte.) Even cleaned the windows on the deck without having to go through the house. They will do inside windows, too, at a fixed price per window rather than a "whole house" price. As luck would have it rained that evening and nary a leak nor overflow on any gutters that had previously done so quite extensively. Very well pleased with the entire experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and will have THEM do it again when needed.
