 + -1 moreIt is not complete yet. We are doing a kitchen remodel so they did the first half and they are going to refinish the floors. The work is very high quality. They are pretty in demand so it is hard to get scheduled sometimes. They have long term employees and some of the employees that came and did my job were with them for over 12 years.
Description of Work: I am using Turner FloorSanding for floor refinishing.

 + 0 moreNever provided a detailed contract. Started work one day late. End result was not what we expected - believe they used the wrong finish (we paid extra for Bona Traffic) or did not mix correctly and/or did not apply sufficiently. Asked the owner to come back and check but he never showed up and does not return calls.
Description of Work: Hardwood floors sanded and refinished.
