We had the largest picture window in our house go bad and start fogging. We contacted the Window Manufacturer (another review for another time) they would send us a replacement however they couldn't recommend an installer and our builder is out of business. They also would only ship the window to a local distributor that also didn't have an installer. After calling 3 window installation companies we finally found Tri-State. They were willing to do the job - Everyone else said it was just to hard to do. The project manager organized the pickup of the window in GA and crew to install it. She called and kept us updated as things progressed. The first time the Manufacturer sent the wrong size. Tri-state took the time to draw out what was needed and measure the window. Once again the project manager organized everything with us including rescheduling do to forecasted rain. They came back the second time and removed the old window and reinstalled the new.The gentlemen were clean, friendly and extremely professional. They put down floor protectors and cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend this well organized service company. With Service also meaning customer service.
