+ -1 morepoor experience: wondering if they use turbo taxes? I could have done the same in that case in my computer. Was counting on a good cpa to resolve my taxes problem: That's why I was using a professional. I know all that now because this year I am doing business with Winters-Smith associates and Mrs Smith is extremely professional and she explained every pages of our taxes and she is super knowledgeable with the IRS Pascal
Description of Work: I could have done my taxes with H and R block: it would have been the same but cheeper. I had a problem with my taxes: someone filed them before I could dot of course IRS denied my refund: Stevenson did not seem to worry and told me to wait ?? after we refiled with the paper taxes. Waiting.. nothing!! finally after couple months I called the IRS ( which was not easy thing to do ) and I had to do paperwork such filed a 14039 form and report fraud to FTC and credit bureau and all that. He did not know anything about procedures. I received my 2011 taxes couple months ago and I did the paperwork myself. not to use them because they don't try to work for your best interest. Again i would not recommend them to anybody. Try and learn lesson. Especially when it comes about money refund or payment Pascal
