Prompt, professional and most importantly, positive results were given when TLC made repairs. They were responsive to our initial calls, and prompt when they arrived for repairs. They were also quick, and the fees were reasonable.

Mark does a great job and cutting grass on a vacant lot every other week. He shows up like clockwork, texts us to let us know he is there doing the job, and gets it done quickly. The lot used to have a house, so the land isn't level and there is drop off that makes this lot more challenging.

I have no complaints. I've used him for 97 years. He doesn't do landscaping, just lawn care. He also does plumbing and is really good at it. He also does minor electrical repairs. I have had him replace faucets and a toilet. He does a good job. He's a nice guy.

I had hired an HVAC service and they came back with an estimate of $3500, and that was huge. Then I went through Angie's list and I found TLC a local. I think he had the highest rate. So, I just simply called him up. He is kind of a general contractor. I think his specialty is plumbing. He did some plumbing work for me that he did personally, but he did not have any body that did carpentry. So he gave me a phone number. The TLC guy came out, did a few things in plumbing and only charged a couple of bucks. So he came back with HVAC guys. They went in and checked my HVAC system. They came back and told me what was wrong. They told me that it would cost me $350. I sat there and said what, God $3500 turned out to be $350 that is a big difference. So what I did I pulled out the thing that the other HVAC service sent me and I showed him and he looked at it and said I can tell you what the problem is. He told me the name of the company and he said that company right there is noted for this type of things. So he did a great job. The carpentry guy which was not working for TLC, but was recommended by TLC came out here and I instructed him on what I needed done. He just went around and did a very good job. They all did exactly what they said they would do. They called when they said they would call. They came when they said they would come. I think the carpenter guy was late once, but he called me and said look I am running behind, which is great because a lot of times contractors would not even bother calling. They were punctual. They were communicative. They did a very good work at a very good price. They really impressed me. The guy that runs TLC is very impressive.

I have used him for five years. He comes weekly. He does a good job. He takes care of the leaves in the fall. His pricing is fair.
