Zach and crew showed up on time and very professionally removed 3 very large river birch trees from my backyard. They laid mats across the yards to run caterpillar track equipment across the yard to transport tree branches, limbs, and trunks to trucks in the cul-de-sac. They were very skilled in taking the trees apart w/o damaging any property as well as grinding stumps. When finished they cleaned up so well you could not tell they had been there; except for the missing trees.

They are slow to get quotes back and unresponsive to emails. We could have had this done by another company by now. Huge waste of time!

They got good prices and the best in town. I have used them several times.

Their response was exceptional and the work was excellent. They were on time and cleaned up when thy were done.

It would have been better if the head guy in charge was around. I did not get the opportunity to talk to him before I left for work. When I spoke with the company on the phone I explained I had a few brush piles I wanted chipped and they said that was fine. However, it was not communicated to the crew that came.

Timbertech responded quickly to a request for a free quote and, being a small job, offered to put this job on the schedule as they were able to squeeze it in among their their jobs. Their staff called in advance to check on a potential time. The crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. The trees were cut down and the pieces placed on their truck (they mulched the trees offsite). The entire job was done in about 90 minutes, and the crew left no trace of their work - except, of course, the two missing trees! They also offered to trim gum branch trees away from power lines, for no extra charge.

Danny gave our neighbor a reasonable verbal quote to remove her three trees. He gave us an exorbitant verbal quote (based on previous quote from another provider) to remove our two trees. Our neighbor accepted his quote. She called and emailed repeatedly to get her quote in writing via email. This was only achieved when my husband called him. After several weeks of unresponsive calls and emails to him to schedule the work, she gave up and found another tree service.

Not good. After looking at the tree they told my husband that due to the amount of mistletoe in the tree that it would be better to remove the tree. Unfortunately, although we pretty much thought that the tree needed to come down we never heard back from them on what it would cost to remove it. The reason we called them was that they did some work for us last September, and were happy with what they did for us.

They have excellent equipment and lay down thick mats to protect your lawn. They were highly professional and did an excellent job of removing multiple huge trees that were damaged in a severe micro burst storm. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were finished. They were also considerably less expensive than another well known large, local tree service. They wasted no time and worked hard all day.

The crew arrive on schedule (8:30am). We went over the work to be done and they began by 8:45.. By 9:15 the first tree was felled. Around 11:00 I checked on progress and 4 of the trees were gone and no mess on the ground (pretty impressed). The remaking trees were next to the house, one of the bigger ones loomed directly over our roof. By 3pm the trees are all down and by 4pn all was cleaned up. They even blew dirt off the street. Everyone in the crew was knowledgeable and extremely professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Timbertech!!!

We were very pleased with the work they provided. They were punctual, polite and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We would not hesitate to use them again.

The job was well done. I was not present at the time, but when I came back at the end of the day, there was very little evidence they had been there. The tree was located inside a wood fence. There are some flower beds surrounded by rock walls that they did not disturb. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Danny Woznick came to our house and we discussed having several trees trimmed. We did not receive a quote and he did not return any of our phone calls. Once time we called we spoke to a lady and she said she would have him call back and he never did. Finally we left a message asking if any of what we discussed was anything they didn't do and still did not receive a phone call. When the work is not done, a review on Angie's List does not have as much value as when the work is done, when determining a score for a business. If they don't return phone calls or provide quotes it seems that is as bad as if they do poor work. I am giving an F overall because we tried to contact them so many times because we wanted to give him a chance in case they were busy or couldn't get back to us for a while. However, we called and called and wasted two months.

Very professional. On time. Very careful about bringing their trucks in so as not to disturb the surrounding trees and yard. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

WOW! This was by far the best experience I have ever had having trees removed from a home that I have owned. We have used different tree companies in the past and I can say without a doubt that Timbertech is by far the best there is out there! We had 15 very large pine trees removed and then had them to grind the stumps. The guys were very punctual, professional, and the point man

I don't know that it could have gone any better. They were on time for our initial appointment. They provided a written estimate in a timely manner. They told me they would have their insurance carrier email a certificate of insurance and that was done in a timely manner. They called to let me know they should be able to come in the afternoon provided nothing unexpected happened during their morning appointment, they called to confirm they didn't have any problems and would be at the house, gave me a time they would be there, and arrived on time ready to work. The crew that came to the house was very professional and very polite. They each had a particular job to do which they did very efficiently and they all watched out for each other and my property.

Timbertech came to take down a tree in my back yard. They were quick and very professional, making a point to clean up thoroughly after the work was done. The tree bounced a bit and ended up crushing two small azaleas which Danny immediately offered to replace. They did all I asked and more at a very good price. I will certainly call them for any future work and I recommend them strongly.

It went very well. I was very impressed with their ability to remove large trees quickly without disturbing closeby surrounding landscaping and structures. They cleaned up all the debris and left the yard looking as if they had never been there, except for the absence of the trees.

The original in person meeting was given on a Monday following a request for quote the Friday before, very timely. Two days later the quote was received via email. That day, I accepted the quote. I was told at the time of the in-person meeting that the lead time was no more than a few days to a week for a smaller job such as mine. The only issue I had was the lack of communication. It took the better part of 3 or 4 weeks and trading phone calls to finally get on the schedule. Work was performed as quoted, and without hiccups. Overall, a great experience with Timbertech, I just would've liked a more thorough communication once I accepted the quote.

They showed up at 8;30 exactly as told to me they would, They introduced themselves and explained exactly what they were going to do to remove the trees (one red cedar, two silver maples and two 40 ft white pines). They had all the cutting done of the trees in about 3 hours. While the trees were being felled, the logs and limbs were being loaded buy a small front end loaded on tracks which is much easier on grass. They put down large rubber mats where the loader would make turns so as to not tear up the grass. The whole job which I thought would have taken 1 1/2 days took about 4 hours. I was very impressed. They did a great job and were half the price of the next tree service who bid the job. I would highly recommend TimberTech for any tree service one might need.

I called and made appointment for estimate. Danny came round within a couple of days and assessed tree and gave me a price. Price was reasonable, with a wait time of 1+ week, so they could fit my job in when they were in the area for another job. Danny was very helpful and willing to identify and give advice on other trees in my yard. I received an email quote the next day, and I confirmed. Was told I would be advised when job would be done. 10 days later, they removed the tree - I had not received notice that they would be coming, so it was a surprise to see them in my yard. Work was completed quickly and as required, and they cleaned up all the debris. Both techs were polite and professional. Apart from not letting me know when they were coming to do the work, Timbertech did an excellent job.

I contacted them one day: they gave me an estimate the following day and removed the trees and stumps as promised within a week of the estimate. They were very polite and responsive to all questions, and kept their appointments and returned all calls very promptly. The quality of the work was excellent and reasonably priced. They came recommended by a neighbor who in turn got their referral from another customer (also a neighbor). I have since been asked for their name and number by a couple of other neighbors, so it looks like they will be doing more work for other home owners in my community. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend their services to a friend.

This was a very large job which normally would have taken a couple days or more, but the entire job was completed in one long day. The crew worked nonstop until it was finished. One of the reasons I selected Timbertech is because Mr. Wozniak mentioned bringing in two crews to complete the job in one day. Considering there was a power line which needed to be taken down by the power company before work could commence, the crew worked in an expedient and accommodating manner to both us and the power company. Although the price quoted to do the job was competitive with my other estimates, I relied on reputation reviews, anticipated professionalism, insurance, and quickness to complete the job as my criteria for choosing TImbertech. Once I decided on TImbertech, I did wait a bit for service, due to so much storm damage over the summer, but was kept advised of the probable week of service. All in all, the company was very accommodating in allowing me to select the day of the week I wanted the job to begin. The crew was polite, professional, and aimed to please. They worked tirelessly and did a good job on cleanup, which is usually the worst part of the job for the workers. There was a slight amount of damage to the property, which is understandable with such a huge job, but Mr. Wozniak was very gracious about it and adjusted the quoted price down to cover all of my concerns. I would use Timbertech again and would feel comfortable referring them to anyone seeking an experienced tree service company.
