Description of Work: I ordered tile for 2 bathroom renovation project. Overall working with Tile and Marble went well. Had ordered a niche with original order, but when I picked up the tile, the niche was not there. It had been sold to another customer.

Description of Work: After looking for tile for my master bath shower and floor for many months, and shopping in every store in town, I purchased tile from Tile and Marble Gallery. They beat the competition hands down by having the best selection (even though their storefront appears smaller than the other stores, they seemed to have the most quality choices and the best layout for the customer to see what they have), and the owner employs very talented, patient and caring designers who listened to my ideas and matched what I wanted to a T, making helpful suggestions and guiding me where I lacked the design experience that they have. It was overall a wonderful experience and my bathroom came out fantastic. I used gorgeous Italian porcelain tiles in exactly the color I wanted, and the designers helped me to coordinate with travertine borders and glass and marble mosaic accents. I couldn't have had this result without their expert help. I would definitely go back there for any future needs.

Description of Work: I need to add to the review that I just wrote that the price included not only tile for my master bath but also travertine tiles for my kitchen backsplash and all installation materials to go with it.

Description of Work: I have not purchased yet due to family circumstances, but plan to before the end of this month. Lauren, at the Tile and Marble gGallery has helped me on numerous occasions, to choose tile and even draw a plan for my kitchen backsplash. I received assistance without being rushed and was helped by someone who displayed interest in my project. I was also provided with names of installers, of whom I am just now getting a estimates. Then I plan to order the tile. It has taken me a lot longer to get to this point in the redo of my kitchen, as I am a caregiver for two handicap family members in my home. I would like to recommend the Tile and Marble Gallery, as I have received more assistance from them than any other tile business in my area (I have tried two other places and did not receive much assistance). I can give you more info on costs, once I have purchased my tile.
