I have never had anyone clean my house before, but I was throwing a baby shower and really wanted a whole house deep clean that I could maintain. The business owner was very nice and responsive. At the walk-through, she told me all about the all natural products they used and special steam cleaner that would get the muddy dog paw prints out of my hardwood floors. First of all, she WAY overcharged me. For an average sized 4 bedroom, two story house, a deep cleaning for the DOWNSTAIRS ONLY was $270! I thought this was a lot, but I was getting desperate. So I settled for a regular cleaning, which was $170 for the whole house. When I got home, chairs and side tables had been moved to the center of the room, and LEFT THERE! I still saw dust in the corners, and dust on the tables where they had quickly wiped down and missed some spots. I even found clumps of dust left on the floor. The kitchen cabinets weren't touched and only the free space on the countertops were wiped down. The worst part, was the large window in the foyer. You can see a zig zag where they wiped but didn't go all the way to the edges. It was obvious they they quickly ran through and did a sloppy job. I was baffled, and expected a lot more for what I paid.
