+ 0 moreTechnician showed up right on time. He steam cleaned 9 rooms throughout my whole house in a little over an hour. Rooms looked spotless afterwards! He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for cleaning!

+ 0 moreOverall, they did a good job. As with any carpet cleaning, be sure to point out any spots that may need extra attention prior to starting the job. One note, the cleaning hoses do tend to rub on door frames and around corners. There were some rub marks after the cleaning. Not sure if there is any good way to prevent this.

+ 0 moreI had some spots and stains on my carpet, he was able to remove all of them. Carpet is much brighter and cleaner. I like that he uses his equipment and electricity and not mine. Carpet and sofas are not overly wet.
