 + 3 moreHe is totally unreliable! Don't even think of giving this guy your money on Deposit!!!!
Description of Work: Michael Roberts was the general contractor on our yard makeover. Fortunately for use he sub contracted most of the work. He is unreliable and plain dishonest in that he took deposit moneys that we had given him (Over $6,000 and spent it on other things) He kept asking for more and more money which we did not give him. We eventually fired him and received a judgment against him in small claims court. He moved to another jurisdiction to avoid the judgement.

 + -1 moreOverall, the work went pretty well. The crew of three worked at our house for almost two weeks. They are friendly and considerate and reasonably hard working.
Description of Work: Installed a complete irrigation system, removed a tree, planted a new Japanese Maple tree, spread topsoil and applied grass seed to the front yard.

 + -1 morepoorly.....didn't show up sometimes, work incomplete, knew he couldn't get it done before an outdoor party we were having, he started it anyway...didn't finsh on time, left a mess for us to clean up. thoroughly dissapointed.
Description of Work: mulching was left out in some areas, over mulched in others. Left a mess around hardscapes....irrigation damaged in the process. Unreliable.

 + 0 moreCalled up...came out...did the work and Michael followed up with calls to verify work done to our satisfaction. Will use them again for our weekly work. They were very thorough, not cheap, but quality work for the $$$$. Potted plants look great....yard irrigation is well fed, so maintenance of the systems will be frequently used. They are the "Gardener " I have always dreamed of!!!!!
Description of Work: Irrigation adjustments and fine tuning. Potted plant maintenance and general lawn work of Zoysia yard.
