They were good and I will use them again in the future.

We have a contract with them for inside and outside treatments which they come every 3 months for. The mosquito treatments are once a month. They are professional and reliable and the treatments are working. I've been using them for about 4 years now.

Terminix provides reliable service. They also come out if you have any unexpected bug problems. For example, after a storm blew a tree branch into my roof, I started finding crickets in the house. Terminix came out to spray and solved the issue. I'm happy with the service and will continue using them.

We have the same guy come out to spray for ten years. I like their consistency. If I had any problem they are very easy to get along with and they take care of it. The treatment is very effective. They are very good.

They were excellent. The reason I did not use their services was because they told me I could the job myself for almost nothing.

He knocked down a wasps nest, he sprayed for ants coming in from the outside, he sprayed for carpenter bees in their nesting holes and he just did a thorough insect control on the exterior of the house. We currently have a contract with them where they come out and inspect every year. They also added a moisture barrier under the house.

They have good policies. You can always come back if you had any problem and they took care of it. They also have home guarantee. So if you have any damages they will fix it, they don’t exactly get rid of it. The technicians usually do it when I am not home. The nice thing is that they come automatically and just do it.

Never on time. Never completed the task. Office customer service is rude. Always trying to sell extra services at high prices. Always a "new pest control tec", with no introduction or background info.

We had to deal with them. We did not enjoy working with them at first because my mother called them for roaches and they talked her into a terminate contract. It took us a few weeks to get out of that mess and we did keep them for the pest control, but not termites because they could not even show us proof or any indication that she had termites in her house. They said that she may possibly one day get termites, so she needed this $1200 contract. I hope elderly people will call for help before they listen to somebody that says they may have problems in the future. We helped her take care of that and had to call and tell them that we were not going to pay this and that was not what she asked her. We told them that they have to come out and show us that she had termites in her house and they never would come. We tried to be very receptive and open to when they would come out and finally we talked to the manager and then the district manager. They finally understood where we were coming from and then they did retract it, but when I was talking to the person that did it, they would not budge.

Great customer service focus, on time, good follow up, ect. The only reason the grade slipped from A to B is the increase in spiders since the last treatment. I've talked with the service rep, and he stated this was due to the ongoing heat in the area.

They do good work. They call before they come out. They are very punctual. I have had no problems with them; if I had, I wouldn?t use them. I have an annual contract with them for termite as well as quarterly pest control. They charge $83 for the pest control service; i.e. $250 a year. For termite service, they charge me almost $300. I will use them again in the future.

Mike has performed the services every three months. He confirms a time and has been 100% on time. Very professional, reviews the results with us, and answers any questions we have.

The regular service costs $75.00, but I spent $800.00 to have the drain put in. They did really good work and they did the work very fast because my house flooded. They were there within 3 days digging out the underneath of my house. I have a creek that runs in my back yard and my house is the only house on the street that doesn't have mosquitoes. It is impressive. My neighbors all complain about the mosquitoes. We barbecue outside and we might get mosquitoes once a season. The neighbors can't even walk outside their doors. The pest control company is always here when they say they will be. They are wonderful guys. I have an acre and a half that is heavily wooded, so it is very nice to be able to use it.

They are going to be A's on all categories. I have to call out one particular thing which was when I went to change out my patio door; we discovered that the wall of the patio door had totally been destroyed by termites at some point in the distant past. Even thought it happened before I contracted with them, since they had done their inspection, they had it bombed and fixed it. They did not give me any hassles and it was like I called him, then the owner called us back that afternoon and found a sub-contractor who was there the next day. They were marvelous and I will continue to use them.

I fired them because I did not like the way the gentleman conducted himself in my home. He wasn?t on top of things and did not correct the problem we had. When they sent out another person, their product did not really work and was not strong enough to knock them out. I had to call them twice a week and I needed them to come out every day or every other day, but they were only able to make it out twice in one week and it did not work. They were professional enough, except for the one that fired.

Their service is excellent. If there are termites, there are green things on the ground. They check the green stations on the ground and if there are termites they bait it and kill the termites. I have had termites once or twice. They charge me per visit for the spraying on the pest control. They are good.

They are always professional and if I have a problem they respond within a day. I have been using them since 2005. They have always been of great help to me.

The rep was very open with us and explained program well. I have confidence in their service.

Very professional, they covered the house inside and out. No termites, great. I'm fine with paying the $1,200 and then a $250 annual afterwards. I consider it a small price when trying to sell the home or the damage the buggars can actually do. They price out at $7/lineal ft. of roof line. Be sure to look at Terminix's website for coupons or free estimates, it saved me $120.

These guys are excellent. They are top notch and they came out did everything the right way. They came in the house and explained everything to me. They also come out quarterly to check on things. If you are not home they leave a note on the door and they always show up on time. They also gave me a hundred dollars off the service because I recommended a friend.

Terminix is very professional because they arrived at my house on time and were very diligent in their work. I think they are very polite, and they verify that all necessary areas of the house are sprayed for prevention and protection.

They usually call to remind us that it's time for our annual inspection and ask to set up a date that is convenient for us. This is a very professional company and all the workers are very helpful. They give us advice on how to prevent getting more bugs around our house, such as keeping our garage tidy and keeping the floor clean. They are thorough in the work that they do, they even have a list of things to check off to make sure that all tasks are performed. One year, it was wet under the crawl space and they advised us to get sub pumps.

Terminix does a very good job. They show up on time and since they have been coming, I have not had problems with bugs. I believe they are a very reputable company, and I will continue to use their services.
