They did not identify the first 7 windows installed had a 5/8" pane frame// the older windows had 1-1/16" pane frame.Top and bottom of home did not match so we had to buy 5 more windows for the bottom earlier than desired. Overall nice people...said this was 1st. Just not a good experience.

Description of Work: They came out and installed new low-e windows throughout the house. Installation was quick, and the crew was very friendly and answered all my questions. My only wish is that they offered a better grade of low-e for the windows that get the most sun. The rooms that get afternoon sun still get a bit warmer than I'd like (in my other house I have the Simonton super low-e windows, and they stay chilly despite more and hotter sun on them---it's very impressive). Still, there is no draftiness, and the windows open and close like a dream. Any time I've called they have been very helpful. I like that they will replace screens free of charge, since some of my windows are accessible to our dogs, and they sometimes put their paws on them trying to get our attention inside the house.

Description of Work: Arrived on time, finished the job in one day. Cleaned up and removed all the debris. Also did some additional work that was not included in the contract (no extra cost) such as removing and re-aligning a few shutters. Very professional.

Description of Work: We had to install just one window because we are applying for an adoption, normally companies just don't install one window. Taylors did the job, ordering and getting it installed took about 3 weeks. They make their windows here in America that is very cool. We went to pay for our order in their plant in Greenville. The people that installed the window were professionals. The Cost was great and the seller was great, he never pushed the sell. Great product so far. Very recommended if you are dealing with the foster care requirements. They do have experience in this special jobs.

Description of Work: Well, I am happy with Taylors Windows. We had a glitch at the beginning but got with the president of the company and he personally made sure it was remedied. The installation went well. Extraordinary personal service. I am planning on Taylors windows doing my upstairs later this year.

Description of Work: I called for a representative to come by and provide us with an estimate. At the appointed time no one showed up. We did not receive a phone call explaining the reason for the no show. Very disappointing.

Description of Work: I did not purchase from them. Replaced window glass instead. But I was very impressed with the company. The employees were very professional, prompt, and courteous. They took me on a tour of the factory. I was very impressed with the quality of their work.
