 + -1 moreT-Squared did a great job on our back yard. After having seven Leyland Cypress trees and one large Maple tree removed and stumps ground, we needed massive rework of our yard. Tommy came and looked over and listened to what I had in mind. He made a sketch of his proposal and explained in detail what he would do including the materials he intended to use. He extended my gutter drains underground away from the house and installed a float box. He laid five pallets of Bermuda grass after preparing the soil. He constructed a Natural Impressions retainer wall to divert excess rainwater runoff. He placed river rock at wall and around the float box. There were some other miscellaneous items of which he also took care. He did this work in seven business days. He and his crew were very friendly and he answered any questions I had. He also gave me advice in maintaining the lawn.
Description of Work: Rework entire back yard after tree removals.

Description of Work: We live on a small lot, approximately .10 acres, and the lot was terrible. Our backyard sloped, so little space was usable. We had drainage problems. The builders put in trees that didn't fit the yard. Our grass had died. We used T-squared landscaping to maximize the use of our space. They built a retaining wall, leveled the yard, took down the oversized trees, added sod, and installed a drainage system. Tommy, the owner of the company, is marvelous to work with, and the primary person he had working at our site was fantastic--honest, dependable, and hardworking. Following the work, someone else came in to do a smaller job for us in our yard and messed up some of our retaining wall. We contacted Tommy, and he saw to it right away that everything was fixed. He will make sure the job is done and that it is done right. When I called him, he always responded that day. He was willing to take time to answer all of my questions and made sure we had a good understanding between us. If I ever became stressed or worried about something, Tommy never did, and saw to it that any problem or concern was addressed and resolved. He is very easy to work with. I trust him completely to do what he says he'll do. Just know that the work might not get done as soon as you'd like it to get done or when he says it will be done. He will not lie to you about when he thinks it will happen, but things come up, and work gets delayed. This is fairly typical of builders. But he will get it done. In fact, we didn't hand over any money until the work had started. I would use T-squared landscaping again, and I would recommend it to my friends. You won't get the cheapest quote from Tommy, but in the end, you get what you pay for, and it is well worth it, in my opinion, to get the job done right.

 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job. The yard looks so much better. The work crew was very polite and they payed attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for some landscape work.
Description of Work: They graded our backyard, redid the piping for our irrigation system and sodded the yard.

 + -1 moreThe experience was very good. The workmen were very good and worked very hard. They left the area very clean, as clean as was possible with dirt. The final charge was lower than the estimate.
Description of Work: They created a berm on the upper part of our property. They also sodded it.
