The contractor was knowledge, ethical, timely and dependable. The contractor was patient with an extremely wet rainy summer and worked around some large trees and scrubs that we wanted to keep. The contractor did an excellent job of coordinating with us. He not only did an excellent job on the major tasks but also assisted us with changes to the scope of the work. Much of the job was below ground and revealed unexpected issues over the original scope. The contractor handled these issues in a professional manner. We think that the changes that were ultimately required were reasonably priced. This contractor cleaned up afterwards and called to make sure we were pleased before our final payment.
