+ 2 moreThey are very good and I would recommend them. They have a $500 a year maintenance warranty where they will come around and fix anything that is wrong. They will maintain it annually. I thought this price was reasonable. They showed up when they said they would. They did really good work. I am going to be on their yearly program.
Description of Work: I used Summit Systems to do some stucco repair on the house. They are doing exterior repairs and painting the window frames. They are replacing the window sills with PVC instead of wood so they will last longer.
