He showed up for both appointments in a timely manner, was very courteous and professional. He cautioned about walking on the damp carpet and then transitioning to linoleum for safety purpose. He noted the good quality of the carpet and moved minimal furniture at no extra cost. There were some tough spots on the light carpet that came out with ease. Nathan is a small business owner and also works as a fire fighter. If he does not return your call right away, he may be putting out a fire at your neighbors house.
