Chris was amazing! He was very professional and understanding. Within 3 days his team cleared out an extreme hoarding and bio hazardous home. It was left unbelievably clean! I would recommend his services to everyone. Thank you Chris and Spaulding Decon!!

Very professional and responsive

Encapsulation of crawlspace was satisfactory. They also installed a big dehumidifier but did a very poor job of installing the drainage tubing. I had a question about an observed increasing humidity in the crawlspace and was rudely told that it was not their problem and that I should not contact them again.

We had a severe mold problem In my mothers home AND she is recovering from a broken shoulder AND she is 95 years old. I cannot thank them enough for the professional work performed and their explanations as work progressed. More importantly, they were so courteous and caring in their dealings with my mom. This was extremely stressful for her but she was overjoyed with these guys and amazed with all this work being so professionally and completed in such a timely manner. Nice at first, then changed. Forgot what was talked about. I know have Sheetrock walls that do not match up with the tile. Light switches that are uneven. But I am told that I do not know what facts are. Would not recommend this company.

I am so pleased. I had a very short timeframe and Spaulding got right on the job and accomplished it as they said they would... that is saying something because, in my experience, projects always take longer than expected. Spaulding Decon did the job, on time, with people who care about their work!.

They delivered exactly as indicated and did very fine work in encapsulating my crawl space. The health of the whole house is much improved since they finished the job.

Such a great experience! Had another bid from a local company and was jerked around for months. Spaulding Decon got right on the job In my house within a week of my contact and work done within 6 days! My bathroom had terrible black mold all over the ceiling and down the walls. Same in hall . Chris was my contact guy. I wanted more stuff done in the middle of the work. He was so accommodating; and the upgrades were very well priced. Chris, Nick, and cianen were also lovely and tolerant of my special needs dogs, who were in the way a lot. Hire these folks. They WILL meet your expectations!
