My husband and I recently had a consultant, Jennifer Verkon, from Southern Traditions Window Fashion come to our house to give us a quote on shades for our deck. Jennifer arrived right on time and gave us several options. We were so excited we gave her a deposit right away! However, the next day after looking over our financial obligations we decided to cancel our order. Jennifer was very patient with us and found some more options for us and gave us more time to think about our decision. Unfortunately, we did cancel the order. Jennifer was very professional and never made us feel guilty or bad. She helped with the refund process and within a week we received confirmation of our refund. While it certainly was not intentions to cancel this order when we started, it just ended up to be the best choice for us. We feel this company should be applauded for supporting their customers IN ALL situations and just does THE RIGHT THING. We certainly would come back to this company! So refreshing to find a company that you can really TRUST!

From the consultation to the install, everything went with the utmost of professionalism. Richard provided excellent advice and guidance with the selection process. He is a true master of his craft and a joy to work with. The installation was prompt and executed perfectly. The team was very conscious of their environment and treated our home with white gloves. A manufacture based issue was dealt with quickly and completely. The whole process was stress free and Southern Traditions did all the work and worry. An absolute stellar experience. The warm cookies are always good too.

It was such a great experience working with Mandy Frye! She was so knowledgeable and helpful and knew exactly what I needed for functionality and style. Her professionalism is top notch! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for window treatments. You will not be disappointed.

Slight issue with some shades being to wide. They were totally upfront about the issue and took care of it, new sets were fine. We like the shades and keeps our enclosed patio a lot cooler.

Jennifer was very helpful in choosing the color of plantation shutters to install. I decided to do my entire house and the back door which is 3 large panes of glass. It took a little longer than I expected for them to be finished and installed. The installers were extremely professional. They took down the old blinds and neatly wrapped them up, moved some furniture and cleaned everything up. There was a little mishap and part of the frame from the back door fell. I called Jennifer and even though it was after 5 pm, she called me back immediately to discuss my concern. The office sent installers back to reattach the piece more securely. I am very pleased with the appearance of the shutters and the professionalism of all the staff members I interacted with either in person or on the phone. I would hire them again.

We had such a really great experience with Southern Traditions Window Fashions in regards to the installation of our new blinds, which we had ordered from them, for almost every window in our brand new house in Inman. The installers at Southern Traditions Window Fashions were extremely courteous and very respectful of us and our house, which they even ended up showing up earlier to our house, (Of course after calling to make sure it was alright with us), then the late afternoon appointment time we had originally scheduled with them a week ago. The installers first showed up with four super yummy homemade baked cookies, then they quickly and efficiently installed our truly fantastic quality blinds, showed us how to operate the blinds correctly, and then finally cleaned up after themselves once they had completed the installation of our brand new blinds, as well. I would absolutely highly recommend Southern Traditions Window Fashions for all of your possible window needs each and every time, since we had such a sincerely wonderful experience with them now.

Extremely well from start to finish!

Southern Traditions did a wonderful job. Lynn came out to estimate and gave us a thorough explanation of all the options. She was knowlegeable and did not rush us. When the shutters arrived the installers were also very professional and took their time explaining all the features of the shutters. The quality of the shutters are A+.

Southern Traditions did an excellent job. The cost included the curtains, all of the rods, tie backs, tie back hooks, and installation. They guys who did the installation were great. They had a great work ethic, they knew what they were doing, they were kind/polite young men, and cleaned up.

The project went VERY well and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the Plantation Shutters and Cell shades, as well as the very professional installation.. The newest version of cell shades has a plastic inner liner which makes them much more energy efficient. There were many colors to choose from so easily picked them to go with the room decor. The plantation shutters were very high quality, have 2-3 openers so you can vary how much is open/closed, and the alignment window to window in the rooms is excellent. Would highly recommend them and would use again if we ever needed to.

Sarah was prompt and very professional and pleasant to talk with. Their price for the same product was $1,938.74 more than another provider. Pricing is to high I'd chosen two fabrics to have quoted and the highest was the $1,938.74 difference and the other was still $1,049.40 higher.

We had some odd size windows, therefore after looking at how much of each blind needed to be cut off we decided to get some professional help. Southern Traditions removed all of my old blinds and installed all of the custom blinds. They did a wonderful job. Their work was neat, I didn't have to clean up after them. Extremely professional job well done.

Lynn made the selection process easy for what was, to us, a challenging installation. We needed very wide shades installed in second-story kitchen windows, requiring remote control. The installation was done right on schedule and Rob and Eric completed the work quickly and with no disruption to our home. What a pleasure to have these shades available for use when the winter sun beats into our kitchen. Thanks, Southern Traditions, for providing such excellent customer service.

Purchased window blinds through them and Rob and William installed. They did a great job installing, they were quick, neat and respectful.

She did a great job as evidenced by the final products that have since been installed...shades on some windows and plantation shutters on others. We were so appreciative of her work that we have asked her to come back and quote on some valences on selected windows.

Rob Mangham & Eric McKee arrived 45 minutes early for their job at Younts Center for Performing Arts, to install beautiful shutters on our new box office. The installation was quick, quiet, and the shutters have made our newly renovated lobby look that much better. Rob came to my office and invited me to see the finished job, and he watched me operate the shutters for the first time. Tips to open from inside and close from the outside were helpful, since he knows the best way to do it. He left us with a bottle of touch up paint, and some delicious chocolate cookies. Excellent Customer Service!
