Excellent! The communication from their scheduling department was very punctual. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion and explained in detail. He even suggested things that may need attention 6 months and a year from now. It's been nearly 6 weeks and our garage doors are working great! Highly recommend!

Repair person was very personable and professional. He rapidly assessed our noisy garage door problem and fixed it. Enjoyed my encounter with this person. The work was completed in short order and we are very satisfied with the result.

Within 5 minutes Russell saw that the laser beams were not aligned. The lights were readjusted as part of the turn-up offered by Angie's list. We saved $46 by not having to call the garage door opener company.

Amazingly fast, the guy was here and gone in 30 minutes, couldn't believe how fast he worked and replaced both springs.

He fixed it in 5 minutes - door edging rubber was like glue - cleamed and did mnor tune up

Can't remember much as it was done while I was not there. But my wife said they did a good job and it's been over a year ago with no problems so I guess the proof is in the pudding. The motor is VERY quiet and is located under the floor of the upstairs bonus room and even if you are up there you can barely hear or feel any vibration. Our old chain motor was 5 times louder and much more vibration. Would never go back to that. Very pleased overall!!!

After a couple of minutes it now works magnitudes better. Was very well invested money.

Services were performed however since I have an old door I think the focus of the technician was to provide an additional service to get more money.

After purchasing services, I was contacted by email and phone to schedule a service date. Excellent communication. Technician arrived during agreed upon time frame. Technician took the time to explain how I could self service garage door and suggested upgrades to the rollers without being pushy. I did not purchase any additional services at this time, but will definitely use again when needed.

It was GREAT. OMG they actually answered the phone, I couldn't believe it. We made an appointment for that Friday and our rep (Jaelyn) was early. She gave us a free written estimate and we ended up ordering a new garage door and opener. The garage door install man was early and he installed the door in just a couple of hours (he also took the old door and debris with him). Don't even think about calling any other garage door place! I don't know about you but my time is worth money. I spent too much time contacting other vendors for them to not respond to my needs. I don't usually write rave reviews for anyone - but these guys deserve it. - Darrell Golden
