Nice friendly guys

I bought an in-way theater surround system. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The install went great. I initially priced out other installers and soundscapes seemed to know more and followed up better. I can't say enough. They got the product in and were in and out in no time. My job was not easy. I would definitely recommend.

I received a call back within mins of asking for service on Homeadvisor. Easy to set up appointment . They were on time and did a great professional job. I have even hired them to come back and do some other work as I was impressed with the service they offered. They Made sure everything was up and running , gave me a quick tutorial on how some if the new TV controls worked even found a place to hide the cable box from view .. Outstanding!!! Will recommend. I was nerve about having someone I didn't know into my home, but Randy Lively was amazing. He was very professional, knowledgeable and precise with his job. I felt very comfortable and I was impressed with how quick and perfect the job was upon completion. I have already sent out many refers to my clients, family and friends for SoundScapes. I was contacted by the owner, Randy, literally within a minute of submitting my request. This was also around 8pm on a Saturday or Sunday night...talk about being impressed!!! I made an appt. with Randy and he was right on time. He made recommendations on some speakers I had not heard of before but I trusted his knowledge and I went with it. Randy came out and installed the two in wall surround speakers, soundbar and receiver and it is completely amazing. Everyone who comes over and EXPERIENCES the sound is blown away at both the sound quality and appearance & fit of the install. A++++++

Randy and his team were fast and efficient. They found ways to make our entertainment system work for us with less money than expected. They even worked us into their schedule knowing our situation. I am very picky and was totally satisfied with their work and price!

Randy came in the home and did a full inspection of the problems and made additional recommendation that elevated my current system at a fraction of the cost had I put it together myself. Really good and will hire again
