Called me back within 10 minutes. Came to house next morning to give quote. Ended doing doing a lot more that I originally anticipated. Job was completed within a few days. Excellent job. Tidy and efficient. Would use again and recommend.

Randy is great. Randy and I met from a other another install that he did for me when he was with another company. The Install of my ceiling speakers went smooth and they look great. I will have him here to fine tune my Home Theater when it is completed.

Placing TV on wall looks fine. Charge for bracket was extremely too high after I checked on prices. He connected the components backs as he was paid to do,but did a sloppy job and did not connect them correctlly. My sister and I had to disconnect them and reconnect after he left. All the wires were tangled and in a mess and one was left unconnected to anything. I tried to tell hime I had no sound coming out the rear speakers and he acted as if that was the way it should sound. I am no fool and have connected speakers in the past, anyway we got it fixed, not by him. I would not use his service again or recmmend him to anyone.

Randy did a great job. He was on time, delivered exactly what he said and was competitive with his pricing. I would definitely recommend SoundScapes for any A/V needs.
