Signature Pools

I bought a new home and wanted a pool for our family and three boys. I contacted Genco, Hot Springs, and Signature to get ideas and bids for the pool. I had all three out to my home and had them discuss their ideas and submit designs and bids. Hot Springs was ruled out because the owner who made the sales call spoke negatively about his competitors and I was left with the sense that they were in the quantity not quality pool building business. Genco had a very good bid and design. In the end I chose Signature because I felt Craig would take personal care to provide attention to detail. They only build 6-10 pools a year and are all very high quality custom jobs. Once deciding on Signature, Craig met with me and then designed a full plan for the pool, based on my input and feedback. From beginning to end the process took three months to install the pool. Craig was often there personally overseeing and checking the quality of the work. One of the things I came to appreciate was that he has as high of standards as I do, and wasn't satisfied unless I was. He was flexible with my changing plans in the design of the outdoor kitchen. The quality of the finished pool, paver patio and deck, kitchen, and fire pit has been just what I would have expected. Craig builds a high quality pool at a price comparable to the others I had bid. I love the pool and outdoor area and the salt water maint. has been so easy. I haven't put any salt in the pool since June, and it is now mid November. I routinely balance the pH as the pool cures, and that is about it. I never imagined it could be so easy. As a new pool owner I have had a lot of questions and Craig has always been a phone call away to answer my questions. Whenever something needed addressing at the pool he was quick to get out and check on it, or had someone from his team out there. His personal attention to detail has been fantastic. If you are looking for someone with keen attention to detail, high standards, personal involvement and pride in his work, then Signature is the builder you want. I did my homework and am glad I did, I have no regrets about the pool and service whatsoever. I can't recommend him enough.
