+ 0 moreJames arrived on time, was very professional. I had also scheduled a sofa cleaning but James checked the label and found that the solvents could not be used. I was grateful that he checked first. I only had a few stains but they all came out. The carpet looks great. Would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet 3 rooms + hall. Used a coupon received in the mail. My neighbor had used them and had a good review.

house cleaning
+ -1 moreThey did a wonderful job on cleaning my rugs. I had them come out a second time to do some housework. They were not prepared to do the job. They should have brought a 15 foot ladder and they did not. They told me a price. When they came out, they told me they were going to charge me by the hour. It took them one hour to clean one blind. I told them to just do that one and forget the rest.
Description of Work: I used ServiceMaster to clean my rugs. I also had them do some other work for me.
